Scheduled trips are designed for 2–6 riders. A solo rider can reserve interest and may be grouped with other people. The departure is confirmed once at least two riders have committed.
If you are the first solo rider interested in a date, no deposit is collected until a second rider joins and the trip can run. Larger groups can be discussed as a private departure.

Each departure will show one clear CAD price, what is included, what is optional, and the group minimum before reservations open.
Reservation structure
The remaining balance and deadline will be set out in the trip-specific booking terms. Bike rentals, accommodation choices, and unusually large-group needs may change the final total.

Yes. Tell me who you are riding with in the inquiry and I’ll keep the reservation together.
The group gets a clear daily plan and regroups at agreed points. Route choice and expected pace are discussed before you commit so there are no surprises.
Some departures may offer different stay options; others will have one fixed format. Private trips give you the most control over accommodation.
Every trip gets a weather and bailout plan. A trip may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled when conditions make the planned route inappropriate. The specific terms come with the departure.
