Community
Run your way.
Respect everyone else.
Public profiles and rankings are optional. These guidelines explain what is appropriate to share and what to do when something is wrong.
Keep it respectful
- Choose a public name that does not harass, threaten, demean or impersonate another person or the app’s staff.
- Keep private contact details, links and other people’s personal information out of public names.
- Do not manipulate results, submit someone else’s activity as your own or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Use reports for genuine concerns. A surprising result is a reason to ask for review, not proof that someone cheated.
Rankings compare qualifying recorded results. They do not certify athletic performance or determine anyone’s worth as a runner.
Report or block a profile
Open a runner’s actions in Rankings or Friends and choose Report profile. Select the concern and wait for the in-app confirmation. If sending fails, the app offers an error so you can retry when connected.
Block profile hides both sides from profile searches, rankings and friend interactions, and removes the friendship. Manage your blocked profiles from Friends; unblocking does not restore that friendship.
What happens after a report?
The app’s owner reviews community reports. Reports include the concern, the involved accounts and the names shown at the time of the report. This information is kept for restricted moderation review rather than displayed publicly.
A reviewed profile can be hidden from public features. Its owner can change the name, but cannot cancel the moderation decision simply by saving the profile again.
Ask for another review
Email kayems@halfwoods.com with your public username and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or a private route. If a profile is restored after review, public visibility stays off until its owner chooses to join rankings again.
