Kilter
An ADHD-friendly life planner that coordinates tasks, meals, grocery deals, workouts, and reminders around your actual schedule.
The idea
Kilter takes the planning normally spread across a calendar, task manager, meal planner, grocery list, and workout app, then builds one realistic schedule.
It is designed for ADHD brains without relying on guilt, overdue piles, or the assumption that every day has the same amount of energy.
What it brings together
- Schedules tasks and reminders around real calendar commitments, available time, and current energy.
- Plans meals around preferences, household needs, pantry context, and deals in local store flyers.
- Builds progressive workout routines around specific goals, available equipment, and training days.
- Captures loose thoughts quickly and adjusts when the day changes instead of letting the plan collapse.
Availability
Kilter is in active development and is not publicly downloadable yet. The interface above shows the intended product direction rather than a current release.
